SHIPPING POLICY

The Shop at Equinox ships only within the United States and US Territories. We do not ship to PO boxes. Our preferred carrier is FedEx and at this time, we only offer FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. We do not offer expedited shipping.

We do not ship internationally.

Delivery is estimated within 5-7 business days for orders shipped from our warehouse, but cannot be guaranteed. Tracking numbers are available by checking the original order confirmation email or order confirmation page.

Items purchased as preorder items do not ship within a normal window. For more information on preorder timelines, please locate the estimated ship date on the product page & view our preorder policy.

The Shop at Equinox does not guarantee ship times or speak to shipping policies for items ordered from our partner vendors. Please refer to your separate confirmation email from our partner vendor for any items in your order placed from our partner vendors shipping directly from them.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

We highly recommend including Onward VIP Protection+ shipping protection at checkout to provide coverage for lost or stolen packages.

The Shop at Equinox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received a tracking number from us, responsibility for the shipment falls on the carrier.

What is Onward VIP Protection+?

Onward is an on-demand concierge service that covers our customers in the event they have shipping issues. This insurance helps provide customers with the piece of mind that should the unexpected happen with an order, you are completely covered by Onward who will work to replace or refund the order.

In addition, we’ve also partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon neutral shipping protection!
 
When making an order you are automatically opted into an Onwards protection plan for your order. You may manually remove the protection from the order in your cart or at checkout if you do not wish to protect your order.
  • When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen or damaged packages.
  • Best of all, Onward will also offset the carbon emitted during the delivery of your order to make it carbon neutral!
If you add Onward to your order, you’ll be able to file a claim with just a few clicks and have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim.
 
How Does Onward VIP Protection+ Work?
 
If your shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, as long as you've added Onward's VIP Protection+ to your purchase (whether to a Shop purchase or subscription purchase), you can quickly and simply file a claim through the email Onward sends you after you place your order, or by clicking here.
 
Onward's amazingly fast team, will review your claim for approval and follow back up with you within 24 hours.
 
Please note you’ll have 90 days to file a claim.
